Day 3: take more risks, brave the cold and the wind, get out of your comfort zone, dare to go off pist, make your body and moves more important that your head and thoughts, forget work, my divorce, the worries.

Day 1: take it easy, suck up the sun, get back on those skis after 3 years, enjoy the hot chocolates with loads and loads of whipped cream, get your head around the fact that you are on holiday and that there is no laptop anywhere near ;-)
